Kasha began dancing in 1999 in California.
She enjoys teaching and making the exotic dance
that has mesmerized audiences throughout the
centuries available to us today.
Belly Dance exercising helps in three areas: physical, mental and social.
Physically become more flexible, gain better balance, and tune up the body/mind
connection.
Mentally become more acute by memorizing dance steps, coming to
understand instruction and learning new terminology, history and culture.
Expand your social horizons by meeting people outside your usual
social group.
